Parents and Tots - Cost: $60 + HST per session (Ages 18 months to 3 years)
The focus of this program is on basic gross motor skills, (running, skipping, jumping) and to introduce your child to
structured classes and gymnastics safety while promoting fun and fitness at an age appropriate level.

Kindergym - Cost: $80 + HST per session (Ages 3 - 5 years)
Children will be given the opportunity to learn gymnastics in a structured, fun and safe environment at their own pace.
We recommend that if your child is 3 years old and has never been in a structured environment that they spend one
session in a parents and tots program.

Junior Recreation - Cost $100 + HST per session (Ages 5 and 6 years)
Children ages 5 and 6 will be challenged at their own pace and tested in the nationally recognized CanGym program.

Recreational - girls & boys - Cost $100 + HST per session (Ages 7 and up)
Children can achieve success at their own pace while at the same time being challenged. Children will be tested in
the nationally recognized CanGym program.

Elite Junior Recreation - Cost $193.86 tax incl. per session (1.5hrs) (Ages 6 and 7)
Children are to attend twice a week. Stepping stone to Interclub and pre-competitive team.

Trampoline - Cost $100 per session + HST (1.5 hrs) (Ages 7 and up)
A gymnastics session dedicated solely to the area of trampoline, including getting on and off the trampoline properly,
trampoline exercises and routines that are appropriate to the skill of the gymnast.

Trampoline & Tumbling - Cost $100 + HST (1.5 hrs) per session (Ages 7 and up)
Testing required. This program will focus on basic tumbling and trampoline skills.

Advanced Recreational - Cost $200 (4hrs) or $120 (2 hrs twice a week) + HST per session (Ages 7 and up)
This is an advanced Recreational program for children who excelled in the recreation program. There is also the
possibility of children advancing into the competitive Interclub stream. 2 days a week for 1.5 hrs per class.
Children are to attend twice a week - Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday.

Teen Gym - Cost $70.80 + HST per session (1.5hrs) (Ages 13+)
A 15 minute warm up and then the rest is an open gym structure. A way to stay fit and keep skills improving and
expanding with a certified coach on hand for spotting, guidance and supervision.

Dance - A workout targeted to dancers to strengthen core muscles and help with balance.
|
|
Adult Trampoline - Cost $80 + HST per session (1hr) (Age 18+)
Get back into shape, fine-tune some old skills or learn some new ones. No experience necessary. Come out, have
some fun.

Special Needs - Cost $80 + HST per session
Windsor Vistas Gymnastics is proud to offer an exclusive program to children with special needs. Our goal is to
provide gymnastics training and competitive opportunities for athletes with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Please join coach Melynda Outram, as she heads up this program. Not only will she provide quality instruction she
comes with 20 years of experience. Children are welcome to have their workers attend this class.
